This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms under which refunds,
revisions, and returns are processed for all services provided by
DIGIVIBZ.
By engaging with our website or purchasing our services, you
acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

General Overview

DIGIVIBZ strives to deliver outstanding digital marketing, branding, and
web development solutions tailored to your business objectives.
Our team operates with full transparency, dedication, and
accountability to ensure satisfaction at every project stage.
However, since our services involve significant creative, technical, and
strategic effort, refund and revision requests are subject to the
conditions listed in this policy.
Please review this document carefully before making any purchase or
service request.

Revision Policy

Revisions are an integral part of our creative process. DIGIVIBZ offers
revisions based on the package type selected at the time of order
placement.

  • Clients are entitled to free revisions within the scope of the
    original concept and brief.
  • Major revisions that alter the original project scope, strategy, or
    approved design will be treated as a new order and billed
    accordingly.
  • The revision turnaround time is typically 48 business hours,
    depending on the nature of the revision request.
  • Unlimited revisions (where applicable) are provided only if the
    core concept remains unchanged.

Please note: Revision requests made after project completion or
delivery approval will not be entertained.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds at DIGIVIBZ are processed only under specific circumstances.
Because our services are custom-tailored to each client, we cannot offer
unconditional refunds once a project has begun.
Refunds will only applicable before the delivery of the initial concept or
first draft. Once that stage is completed, the client is only eligible for
revisions, not refunds.

If a client finalizes a project with DIGIVIBZ and, within 24 to 48 hours of
finalization, chooses to cancel the agreement, the client will be eligible
for a refund — provided that no services, concepts, drafts, or
deliverables have been initiated, shared, or produced during that time.
Once any portion of the work has commenced, the project will be
considered active, and standard refund terms will apply.

A refund request may be considered only if:

  • The project has not yet reached the initial concept or first
    delivery stage.
  • The refund request is submitted within 24 to 48 hours of placing
    the order.
  • No work, concept, or strategy presentation has been shared.
  • The reason for the refund is valid and falls under DIGIVIBZ internal
    review approval (e.g., duplicate payment or service not initiated).

No Refund After Initial Delivery

Once the initial concept, first draft, or any deliverable has been
presented to the client, the project moves into the revision phase —
meaning no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Instead, clients are entitled to request revisions based on the package
they’ve purchased.
This policy ensures that the time, creative effort, and strategic resources
invested in your project are respected, while still allowing flexibility for
improvements.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The client has approved or requested changes to the initial
    concept.
  • The client expresses subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., “I changed my
    mind”).
  • The client has been unresponsive for more than 14 days after
    project initiation.
  • The client has hired another service provider for the same
    project.
  • The client delays or fails to provide required feedback,
    information, or materials.
  • The delay or issue arises due to factors outside DIGIVIBZ control,
    such as hosting, third-party tools, or platform issues.

Refund Request Procedure

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please follow the procedure
below to ensure proper evaluation and processing:

  1. Contact Us through one of the following channels:
  2. Clearly mention your Order ID, Service Type, and the reason for
    your refund request.
  3. Our Refunds & Quality Assurance Department will review your
    case and respond within 3–5 business days.
  4. Once approved, your refund will be processed through the
    original payment method, and a confirmation email will be sent
    to you.
  5. Refund processing time may vary between 5–10 business days
    depending on your bank or payment provider.

Ownership & Copyright

Upon refund, all design, development, and content rights revert to
DIGIVIBZ. The client shall not retain, use, or claim ownership of any
files, drafts, or materials shared before or during the project.
If such materials are found in use after refund processing, DIGIVIBZ
reserves the right to pursue legal action under applicable copyright and
intellectual property laws.

Refund Amount and Deductions

Refund Processing Terms

Refunds, if approved under DIGIVIBZ eligibility criteria, will be
processed as follows:

  • Before project initiation: if within 24 to 48 hours of finalization,
    client chooses to cancel the agreement, 90% refund (10% retained
    as administrative and processing fee) will be refunded.
  • After project initiation (after 48 hours) but before the initial
    concept or first delivery: 60% refund (to cover time and creative
    labor already invested).
  • After the initial concept or first delivery: No refund will be
    applicable under any circumstances. The project will instead
    qualify for revisions only, as per the client’s purchased package.

All refund amounts are calculated based on the total project value
(excluding any applicable taxes, transaction, or service charges).
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after internal
approval.
Once a refund is issued, all rights to any preliminary work, drafts, or
creative concepts revert to DIGIVIBZ. Clients are strictly prohibited
from using or reproducing any such material in part or whole.

Quality Assurance Policy

At DIGIVIBZ, every project is crafted with precision, research, and
strategic alignment. Our team ensures that all deliverables meet the
standards of originality, quality, and professionalism promised at the
time of purchase.
We adhere strictly to the client’s provided brief and specifications. Any
deviation from the agreed-upon project requirements is promptly
addressed through our revision policy.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

We take pride in our work and stand by our promise of complete client
satisfaction. DIGIVIBZ commits to revising and refining your deliverables
until they align with your approved brief and creative direction, within
the limits of the package purchased.
However, “satisfaction guarantee” does not imply entitlement to a
refund once a project is approved or completed.

Delivery Policy

  • All deliverables will be shared via email or through your Client
    Dashboard on our platform.
  • The delivery timeline will depend on the service package selected
    and the client’s responsiveness in providing required inputs.
  • In case of urgent needs, DIGIVIBZ offers a Rush Delivery service at
    an additional cost.
  • The project will be considered completed once final deliverables
    are shared and approved by the client.

Project Inactivity & Reactivation

If a client becomes unresponsive for more than 30 days, the project
will be marked as closed. To reopen or resume the project, a
reactivation fee may apply.
All prior work files and timelines may be subject to reassessment upon
reactivation.

My Account Area

Your Client Account Area serves as the central hub for communication,
approvals, and deliverable exchange. Clients are responsible for
checking their account regularly to avoid delays or missed
communications.
DIGIVIBZ is not liable for project delays or refund claims resulting from
failure to monitor your account activity.

Correspondence & Communication Policy

All official communication from DIGIVIBZ will be conducted only
through verified channels:

  • Official Email Domain: @DIGIVIBZ.com
  • Registered Contact Numbers: As listed on our website.

We are not responsible for losses or miscommunications resulting from
correspondence through unofficial channels or fraudulent entities
impersonating DIGIVIBZ.

Record Maintenance

DIGIVIBZ maintains archives of completed projects for up to six months
after delivery. If you need a copy of your final files during that time, you
may request them at no additional cost.
After six months, retrieval may incur a nominal administrative fee.

Limitation of Liability

  • Delays caused by client-side unresponsiveness.
  • Losses arising from third-party platform issues (e.g., hosting,
    payment gateways, or ad networks).
  • Any indirect or consequential damages beyond the project’s
    invoiced value.

Our maximum liability in all circumstances shall not exceed the total
amount paid for the specific service.

Policy Updates

DIGIVIBZ reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this policy at
any time without prior notice.
All updates will be posted on this page, and it is the client’s
responsibility to review the policy periodically.
