Services Provided
DIGIVIBZ is a best digital marketing agency that provides a wide variety of digital marketing services which includes, SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content writing, email marketing, web designing and development and many more. The specific terms if the services will be outlined in this service agreement .
1.Payment Terms
All payments should be made on time as agreed in the invoice or payment schedule. Payments methods that can be used are bank transfer or any other agreed options. Delayed in the payments will result in a break or a termination of the services.
2.Confidentiality
Both parties should agreed to keep all proprietary information confidential which includes planning, reports and client data. DIGIVIBZ will not share this information with any third parties without the consent of a client.
3.Intellectual Property
All work and services which is delivered by DIGIVIBZ, that includes customized plans, designs and content will remain the property of DIGIVIBZ before the receiving of a full payment. After the full payment the rights and ownership will be transfer to the clients except the tools and software’s that used to create them.
4.Third-Party Tools and Platforms
To provide effective digital marketing services, DIGIVIBZ may use the third-party tools like Google Ads and social media platforms. While we trying to ensure the smooth process we are not liable for any downtime, errors or changes in these platforms that may impact the outcomes of a service.
5.Client Responsibilities
We expect from our clients to provide accurate information, timely feedback and access to the required resources for the implementation of the services. Delays in providing the information or communication may impact the project timelines.
6.Contract Termination
Client can terminate the project within a written notice of 30 days. Termination of a project does not cancel the responsibility of a client to pay the charges for the services obtain till the termination date.
7.Revision Policy
DIGIVIBZ can provide (no of revisions) for the provided services. If you want additional revisions then extra charges will be applied which will be decided at that time.
8.Amendments
DIGIVIBZ reserves the rights to do amendments in these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified if any changes happen and by continuing using our services client will also agreed with our new terms and conditions.
9.Refund Policy
Refunds, if applicable will be given on the basis of the terms written in the contract. However, refunds will not be provided for those services which are done completely.
10.Marketing Permissions
DIGIVIBZ may required the permission to showcase your project in it’s portfolio or case studies. We don’t share anything related to your project without your prior consent.
11.Service Modifications
DIGIVIBZ reserves the right to change, modify, suspend any of it’s services, but we will inform our client before this. This will be done to stay up to date with the new market trend.
12. Force Majeure
DIGIVIBZ is not responsible for delays that are caused by the events outside of our control, such as natural disasters, internet down or any other cause beyond of our hands.
